EULA - End User License Agreement

InfoTouch Software Licence Agreement
Preamble
This is a legal Agreement in respect of InfoTouch software manufactured by Touch-Soft Company with seat in called hereinafter “Touch-Soft”.
InfoTouch Software consists of computer programs and other files produced by Touch-Soft and any paper or electronic documentation, and this “InfoTouch Software Licence Agreement”. Data carriers that provide InfoTouch Software are not part of InfoTouch Software.
Before installation the User shall read carefully the license Agreement and accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement. As a condition of installation, using and distribution of the whole InfoTouch Software and any of its parts the User agrees with and accepts all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Copyright
Touch-Soft is the sole owner of InfoTouch Software and its any parts and possesses any rights in respect of this Software that is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Any infringement of these rights shall subject to civil and penal action.

2. Grant of License to use
This License Agreement has been entered into by Touch-Soft and the User who has bought, installed and made use of software in any way labelled as InfoTouch Software.
The User hereby agrees to make use of InfoTouch Software in accordance with terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions on use
The User has got right to use only one copy of InfoTouch Software on a single
computer and has got right to make only one back up copy. The back up copy shall provide information regarding copyright. The back up copy shall not be used on any additional computers.

The user do not has right to:
Disassembly, decompile and regenerate source code
Make any modifications of InfoTouch Software
Create own software extending functionality of InfoTouch Software
Make use of InfoTouch Software as a part of other software
Make use of InfoTouch Software and its any part in any publications without written consent of producer and without providing information on producer.

If the InfoTouch Software you have obtained is marked as a “TRIAL” you may install one copy of InfoTouch Software for testing purposes for a period of 30 calendar days from date of installation (“Evaluation Period”). Upon expiration of the Evaluation Period, the InfoTouch Software must be uninstalled and all copies destroyed.
You can use a demo version of InfoTouch Software only for non-commercial purposes.

4. Guarantee and warrantee
InfoTouch Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Touch-Soft does not bear responsibility for any damages arising from use of InfoTouch Software including loose of data, benefits, income and profits.
Touch-Soft does not bear responsibility for any damages that InfoTouch Software may cause to the User or the third party as a result of program operation or its failure.
Touch-Soft does not grant any warranty and guarantee for InfoTouch Software in respect of perfect operation in all possible combinations and applications as well as its quality and meeting of the User expectations.

5. Agreement termination
This Agreement has been concluded for an indefinite period.
The Agreement shall be terminated if infringement of the above defined terms by the User follows.
